Refund & Replacement Policy
We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. While we do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order is shipped, we do support replacements in the following cases:
1. Damaged Product

Notify us within 3 days of delivery via email (info@paliwaldairy.in) or WhatsApp (+91 9979879481/59).

Include: Order number, invoice image, 1 image of the outer box, 2 clear images of the damaged item, and an opening video.

We’ll investigate and promptly replace the affected product(s).
2. Missing Product

Notify us within 3 days of delivery via the above channels.

Include: Order number, invoice image, outer box image, and opening video.

We do not provide refunds, but we’ll happily re-send the missing item(s).
3. Spoiled Product

Notify us within 10 days of delivery via email.

Include: Order number, packaging date, and clear images or video of the spoiled item.

Please note: We do not accept returns based on natural variation in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as our products are handcrafted and completely natural.

After verification, we will replace the product as applicable.
Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
For all concerns, our team will respond within 24–72 hours and assist you thoroughly until the matter is resolved.
