Paliwal Dairy Desi Cow Ghee is made only from desi cow’s milk and there is no other ingredient, additive or chemicals added. It is often considered to be more nutritious than regular ghee, as it contains higher levels of beneficial fatty acids and antioxidants. It has a creamy texture and a rich, buttery flavor. It has a higher smoking point than regular ghee, which makes it suitable for high-heat cooking methods such as sautéing and frying. It is often used in Ayurvedic and traditional Indian cooking and is believed to have health benefits such as improving digestion and reducing inflammation.

Shipping Policy

At Paliwal Dairy, we strive to ensure your orders reach you in the best condition and within the promised time frame. Please review our shipping policy below:

  • Free Shipping is applicable only during specific promotional campaigns or special offers, as clearly mentioned.

  • Shipping Details Required: A complete and accurate postal address, including PIN code, email ID, and contact number, is essential for successful delivery. Kindly verify these details before placing your order.

  • Dispatch Timeline:

    • In-stock items are packed and dispatched within 3 working days.

    • Delivery is expected within 3 to 10 working days from dispatch.

    • If any item is out of stock, we will contact you and refund the amount paid (if any) for that specific item within 10 working days. The remaining order will still be shipped.

  • Delivery Window: Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Public holidays and Sundays are excluded. Delays due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues may occur and are beyond our control.

  • Tracking Information: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. While we do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order is shipped, we do support replacements in the following cases:

1. Damaged Product

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery via email (info@paliwaldairy.in) or WhatsApp (+91 9979879481/59).

  • Include: Order number, invoice image, 1 image of the outer box, 2 clear images of the damaged item, and an opening video.

  • We’ll investigate and promptly replace the affected product(s).

2. Missing Product

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery via the above channels.

  • Include: Order number, invoice image, outer box image, and opening video.

  • We do not provide refunds, but we’ll happily re-send the missing item(s).

3. Spoiled Product

  • Notify us within 10 days of delivery via email.

  • Include: Order number, packaging date, and clear images or video of the spoiled item.

  • Please note: We do not accept returns based on natural variation in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as our products are handcrafted and completely natural.

  • After verification, we will replace the product as applicable.

Cancellations

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

For all concerns, our team will respond within 24–72 hours and assist you thoroughly until the matter is resolved.
